Feb. 6--The smell of chili is irresistibly aromatic to a food-lover, but what about the aroma from a factory that heats a tonne of the spicy stuff every morning to make sauce? Irritably stinky, its neighbours moan.
Sensitive noses are among many factors that a responsible factory operator needs to deal with, says the Industrial Works Department, which is preparing to mount a new smell-busting offensive.
