Feb. 6--State-owned TOT Plc has cried foul over efforts by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) to limit bidding for the latter's 111-million-baht call-centre project to private operators.
TOT executives say the PEA also failed to comply with a cabinet directive to allow TOT to offer call-centre services to state agencies.
