Feb. 3--Shin Corp shareholders will have until March 9 to decide whether to accept a tender offer for their shares from Singapore's Temasek Holdings.

Cedar Holdings and Aspen Holdings, two Temasek-controlled companies, yesterday launched formal tender offers for Shin common shares and warrants. SCB Securities is the agent for the offer.

They will tender for 1.512 billion outstanding Shin shares and another 24 million shares under a Shin employee stock-option programme at 49.25 baht each.
