The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Botswana Mining Workers Union have resolved to refer Attorney Sesupo Mosweu of Mosweu Legal Practice to the Law Society of Botswana. The NEC would like to determine whether or not Mosweu acted or continues to act fairly and professionally in handling internal matters of the union.

The NEC wants the Law Society to specifically determine whether or not Mosweu can assist the union on the way forward and at the same time act for the dissidents who want to destroy the union. To the shock of the union, the attorney is said to have appeared …
