Feb. 1--Thai Beverage Plc is unlikely to be able to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand if it goes forward with a Singapore listing, said Democrat MP Korn Chatikavanij.
Mr Korn, a former chairman of JP Morgan and a respected investment banker, said technical conflicts over dual listings would hinder ThaiBev's entry to the SET.
"I think if ThaiBev does list on the Singapore Stock Exchange, it will have the money needed to raise funds for business expansion," he said.
