Wangthong offers home buy-back option.

Feb. 1--Wangthong Group Plc is introducing a new campaign today, offering homebuyers a guaranteed buy-back option with a minimum yield of 6 percent.
The Home-Make-Money programme aims to tap investors, says managing director Pramote Chedsadawarangkul.
The firm plans to sell 10 showhomes this way in the first half of this year, at prices between 700,000 and 13 million baht.
Each home would then be rented for use as a showhome, with Wangthong offering payments of 4,000 to 20,000 baht per month depending on size and location with interest at 5.25 percent per year.
