NORTH WEST EUROPE: The large cargo propane numbers have not held up as long as players expected them to on the back of the cold weather across Europe. With resumption of production back to normal at North sea terminals we have gradually seen more tonnes made available and therefore putting pressure on the numbers which have also been aided by falls in crude. Several cargoes have now been traded p and c on a floating basis which seems to have fulfilled most of the immediate requirements. With swaps trading below $600 then first half cargoes are placed in the $600-605 range.
