WATCHING PEOPLE IN THEIR UNGUARDED MOMENTS is a habit I have developed over time. I am no spy or mentally deranged snoop, but merely a curious observer of people, their natural behavior and their eccentricities.
I used to believe that people behaved differently in certain situations, but constant observation has convinced me that we all deal with lifes complexities in surprisingly the same fashion. Our eyes sparkle at the sight of our beloved, we get a thrill from discovering a crisp envelope in our mailbox, we flare up when our significant other shows up one hour late for dinner and we get annoyed at finding a long queue of shoppers at the counter when all we are buying is a roll of toilet paper.
Commuting is another art in which I excel. And I like it because it gives me the opportunity to see people as …
