Moscow, 30 January: The investigative department of the Russian Federal Security Service [FSB] has instituted criminal proceedings into the case of finding in Moscow an electronic device for short-range spying radio communications. ITAR-TASS learnt today at the FSB centre for public relations that the criminal case was launched under Article 276 of the Russian Criminal Code - "espionage".
