Matching his own 2002 album The Eminem Show--the previous record holder for most weeks at number one for a rap album--Eminem's Curtain Call: The Hits registers its fifth straight week at the chart summit, with sales of 58,369 raising its 30-day sales total to 926,012. Its Christmas week sales of 314,553 were the third highest of the year, behind only the opening weeks of Coldplay's X&Y (464,471) and Robbie Williams' Intensive Care (373,832), and are the highest weekly sales yet recorded by a rap album.
