LOS ANGELES -- LYNSI MARTINEZ, 23-year-old heir to family-owned IN-N-OUT BURGER INC., has filed a lawsuit alleging fraud and embezzlement by one of its top executives, RICHARD BOYD, who also is a board member and co-trustee of nearly two-thirds of In-N-Out's stock.
