Jan. 21--FAYETTEVILLE -- Eight and 11-year-old girls each sat at their very own harps, and a 9-year-old girl took up her cello, while a nearly 16-year-old boy kicked off the ensemble with his fiddle.

What are they?

A good beginning.

Music lovers in Fayette County believe their new young people's choir and symphony will help them make beautiful music together for years to come. The nascent organization has no name yet, but one of the forces behind the idea, Agnes Casto, believes it has unlimited potential.
