Paragon manufactures private-label infant disposable diapers in the United States and Canada. It produces premium-quality and economy diapers, which are distribute, primarily through retailers that market the product under their own store brands.

The company believes that in fiscal 1991 its sales, measured by unit volume, accounted for approximately 65 percent of all private-label infant disposable diapers and approximately 12 percent of the total infant disposable diapers sold to consumers in the United States.
