The Cabinet is likely to approve on Tuesday the long-awaited Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) constitution, with three main organs to run its affairs effectively at different levels, it is learnt. The apex body would consist of a council, headed by the Prime Minister, taking Ministers on its board.

The next tier would consist of a board, headed by the Authority Chairman and equal number of members from the public and private sectors.
