A doctor at a taxpayer-funded hospital who paid a 15-year-old high school girl to engage in obscene behavior with him to relieve his stress from work has been arrested in Tokyo, police said.

Katsuhiko Sakurai, 46, head of the cardiovascular department at Ishinomaki Municipal Hospital in Miyagi Prefecture, was arrested for violating the law banning child prostitution. He has reportedly admitted to the allegations against him.
