Jan. 14--It sounds like a fun fantasy job: Jessi Milam actually gets paid to play with animals.
She is one of several pet technicians responsible for taking care of animals at the Resort Boarding Facility at the Cobbs Ford Pet Health Center.
"I really enjoy playing with animals and making them feel more at home after their owners go out of town," Milam said.
Owners who prefer to pamper their pets can choose the TLC program at the center, where pets are given more hands-on, personalized attention and stay in condos or suites. To keep all the animals happy, dogs and cats each have their own areas.
