Ruling party factionalism could be spilling over into the upper levels of the civil service ,according to speculation surrounding the involuntary retirement of star performer, Samuel Rathedi. There is a thinking doing the rounds that the civil service is now highly politicised along BDP factions.

Civil servants who refuse to take sides are vulnerable to branding and association with any one of the warring factions.
