Jan. 13--The Salvation Army will announce plans today to build a $40 million Kroc Community Center at the former Budd Co. automobile and rail-passenger-car factory on Hunting Park Avenue. The religious organization would join the Temple University Health System headquarters and, possibly, a Trump casino in the former industrial complex in the Nicetown neighborhood.
