SUBANG JAYA: Two factory workers were injured when they were shot by robbers outside a sundry shop in Taman Subang Mas, near Shah Alam, on Sunday.

In the 10am incident, the workers, in their 20s, were walking towards the shop from their hostel nearby to buy food when a man appeared and pulled one of them back.

The suspect used his arm to lock the victim's neck before asking for cash.

The worker's friend - who was shocked by the incident - fought to free his colleague.
