Scolr Pharma Inc has executed a Licensing Agreement with Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, a division of Wyeth, granting Wyeth Consumer Healthcare the worldwide rights to utilize Scolr Pharma's proprietary and patented CDT drug delivery platform for the potential use in an over-the-counter (OTC) formulation.
