Jan. 6--For many, Kamol Ieosivikul would seem to have an enviable life. The self-made tycoon is one of the most flamboyant bachelors in the country, with three of his companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, an entertainment portfolio of a dozen venues and ownership of Penthouse magazine.
"I don't deny that some might consider me a playboy, what with my magazine and entertainment venues. I am what I am," he says simply.
A casual and relaxed man, Mr Kamol eschews business suits and ties for more comfortable garb, even at meetings with bankers or analysts in tailored suits.
He declined to give an estimate of his net worth, saying that around half of his assets were in listed securities, including his holdings in Mida Assets, Mida Leasing and ...
