Novell Inc. will release late this month a new version of its NetWare 4.0 network operating system with improved directory services. NetWare 4.01, which ships July 23, will provide faster synchronization between directories, automatic recovery, better filtering, and support for large directories of up to 100,000 entries, Novell officials said.
