Jan. 5--A 34-year-old physical-education teacher who allegedly videotaped San Carlos middle school students changing into their gym clothes is free on $600,000 bail.
Neal Sato, who was the athletic director at Central Middle School and taught physical education at Abbott Middle School in San Mateo, was arrested Tuesday morning on charges of committing lewd acts with a child. He posted bail at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday.
