Well, they also appear on vitamin (and other supplement) bottles, and while they are supposed to make it easier to understand whether you're getting all the good stuff you need, it's still difficult to sort out the jargon. Here, Roberta Anding, MS, RD, gives you a crash course in the alphabet soup surrounding vitamins and minerals.
