Jan. 4--Thai Beverage Plc (ThaiBev), the country's biggest alcoholic beverage producer, has accepted an invitation to list its shares in Singapore but insists it still wants to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand also.

ThaiBev chairman Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi made the announcement yesterday after holding talks in Bangkok with four high-ranking executives from the Singapore Exchange (SGX), led by CEO Hsieh Fu Hua.

The SGX has been wooing ThaiBev since last year and the latest round of talks was the third held between the two parties.
