Hungarian president's New Year address stresses need for reforms.

President of the Republic Laszlo Solyom made a "strong speech" yesterday [1 January]. In his New Year address he outlined the framework of the campaign he would find desirable and he also indicated that the future government, no matter what orientation it had, would definitely have to implement reforms.
