President Yoweri Museveni should find ways of going to the DR Congo to apologise after the recent International Court of Justice ruling that found Uganda guilty of plundering her neighbour's resources.

Addressing an FDC rally at Kabwangasi in Pallisa district on Friday, party lawyer Wandera Ogalo said Museveni should not just dismiss the ruling because it is a serious matter.

"Parliament should sit quickly to identify those who plundered Congo's resources to go with the President to Kinshasa and apologise," Wandera said.
