PRESIDENTIAL candidate Abed Bwanika has said if elected he will introduce mobile health centres in each sub-county throughout the country.

Bwanika, who is the only independent out of the five candidates, said this on Friday while addressing a rally at Mutufu in Sironko district.

Bwanika said, "Once you vote me into power, I will ensure that everytime is is a market day in any area like it is today here in Mutufu, a mobile team of health workers is in place to work on sick people."

He said the entire health system in the country at present is not beneficial to Ugandans …
