Beijing, 29 December: In an interview with reporters at the opening ceremony of the new offices of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region [SAR] government in Beijing, State Councillor Tang Jiaxuan recalled President Hu Jintao's hopes for stability, development and harmony in Hong Kong which he mentioned in his meeting with Chief Executive Donald Tsang.
