Dec. 21--When JoAnn Dollinger contacted What's Your Problem earlier this month, her dilemma was pretty straightforward.

On Aug. 2, she sent for a replacement Rival Crock-Pot base after her slow cooker was recalled because of safety concerns.

After four months, the replacement still hadn't arrived.

The Problem Solver made a call on Dollinger's behalf. Now she has a new problem.

"Now I have two," said Dollinger, 68, of Minooka. "I don't know what to do with the second one."
