Pyongyang, 8 December: Choe Thae-bok, secretary of the Central Committee of the Korean Workers' Party, met and had a friendly conversation with a delegation of the Chinese People's Daily led by its Vice-President He Chongyuan at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Thursday [8 December].
