Hindustan Fertilizer Corp Ltd (HFC) is seeking the opinion of the Department of Fertilizers (DoF), Government of India, on a proposal given by the Project and Development India Ltd (PDIL) for setting up gas based brownfield, 3200 tonnes/day urea plant and 1850 tonnes/day ammonia plant, both at Barauni and Durgapur.
