One of Europe's leading petroleum companies, MOL, is interested in a number of potential acquisition of companies being privatised, ranging from the Balkans to Pakistan, senior company officials said at a press conference here to unveil the company's 2006-10 strategy.

At the presentation of the company's 2006-10 strategic and financial targets, company officials said that MOL was considering taking part in the privatisation of Pakistan's oil company.

The Hungarian company is "extremely committed" to participating in the privatisation of Pakistan Petroleum Limited, MOL chief strategy officer Michel-Marc Delcommune said. …
