Dec. 4--DENVER -- As work continues on two buildings that will open next year, Lincoln County school officials are considering another new school in the fast-growing eastern part of the county.
At a planning session Thursday in East Lincoln, county school board members agreed to discuss details of a proposed middle school in the Pumpkin Center/Denver area at their Dec. 14 meeting. Based on a rough construction timeline, the school would open before the 2007-08 academic year.
