Dec. 2--KUNMING -- Newly listed property developer Prinsiri Plc expects its sales next year will grow by 30-35 percent to 4.2 billion baht following the launch of 11 residential projects in Greater Bangkok.
The company, which listed its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand late last month, will develop new projects mostly near mass-transit routes or close to highways to guarantee steady sales.
Prinsiri CEO Siriluck Kovitchindachai said the company was shifting its focus to middle-income homebuyers from the upper-class bracket.
