"Keeping It Holy" was a great article. As a Seventh-day Adventist, I can attest to the rest and sanctity--not to mention blessings--that keeping this 24-hour period brings. It's a blessing that most Christians have lost sight of today. The Sabbath is God's holy day, the day in which the Holy Spirit does his sanctifying work in us, if we let him. A day in which we can "Be still and know that I am God."
