Symposium on servant leadership.(Brief Article)
In the late 1990's, Robert Cunningham lead a roundtable discussion on the topic of Servant Leadership at a joint Public Administration Theory Network and Teaching Public Administration conference in Colorado. At that time, few of us attending the discussion had heard of Servant Leadership or read any of Robert Greenleaf's books on the subject. The challenge put before the group by Dr. Cunningham at that meeting was to build a literature for Public Administration on the subject that was robust and rigorous.
