Nov. 28--Enrollment for the new Medicare Drug Prescription Plan -- also known as Medicare D, began on Nov. 15, but many seniors seeking coverage have a lot more questions than answers.
"I just don't understand it," said Francisco J. Garcia, a senior from Las Cruces. "I even tried calling the toll-free number for Social Security, and nothing. There was only a recording." Like Garcia, millions of seniors across the country are frustrated and confused by the new prescription drug program and are desperate for someone to provide them with answers.
