The seven Orange ministers [opponents of defeated draft constitution] sacked from the cabinet will not accept new positions in the government if any one of them remains out of office.

"All-or-none-of-us"

The all-or-none-of-us decision was agreed by key leaders of the newly formed Orange Democratic Movement at a strategy meeting held on Thursday [24 November].

And laying down even tougher conditions, they vowed not to agree to serve in the cabinet if the head of state brought back certain ministers whom they consider corrupt and an impediment to a smooth new constitution review.

They described such people as "tainted and arrogant."
