[Newsreader] A European Union delegation invited pro-democracy forces in Rangoon today to explain about the 40 million euro health and education assistance package for Burma. A representative of the National League for Democracy said the meeting, which was attended by representatives from the National League for Democracy and the ethnic nationalities, students from the 1988 generation, and 10 independent politicians, was held at the residence of the British Ambassador in Rangoon, and the main purpose was to clarify the EU assistance …
