Ortigas inks P1-B land deal with church group.

Ortigas & Company Limited Partnership yesterday signed a deal with Christ's Commission Fellowship for the sale of its 10,000-square meter lot in Ortigas Center for over P1 billion.

Rex Drilon II, Ortigas & Company's chief operating officer, said the bidding for the lot, situated across the Asian Development Bank, had lasted for almost a year.

"I am signing today [yesterday] the deal for the lot with [Pastor] Peter Tanchi of Christ's Commission Fellowship," he said.
