BEIJING, November 23,. 22, SinoCast -- China's gross domestic product per capita is expected to reach over USD 5,000 by the end of 2020 according to the National Bureau of Statistics. Xu Xianchun, head of Department of National Accounts of NBS forecast China's GDP will grow at a yearly pace of about 8.5 percent in 2006-2010 when it will implement the 11th five-year development plan. The GDP is expected to be more than CNY 26 trillion at the end of 2010 with GDP per capita averaging almost CNY 19,000.
