St Petersburg, 17 November: At a sitting in St Petersburg today members of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly Council who are members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization [Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan] endorsed a programme for 2006-2010 to coordinate legislation which will enable the organization to function, the secretary-general of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Nikolay Bordyuzha, told journalists after the sitting, which was held in closed session.
