Inefficient trustees come under fire TRUSTEES do not always serve the interests of medical-scheme members as they should.

Bernie Clark, deputy head of Alexander Forbes Health Care Consultants, says that in the annual report of the Council for Medical Schemes, the registrar of medical schemes refers to considerable resources being devoted to dealing with governance failure.
