Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) is setting up a Rs56- crore Business Continuity Project along with IBM to ensure that its banking activities will not be interrupted by disasters like floods or earthquake. The project, which will become operational in Nov 2005, will have a Common Data Centre (CDC) at Belapur in Navi Mumbai and a Disaster Recovery Site (DRS) at Chennai.
