New Delhi, 16 November: An emergency consultation meeting of the leaders of major Nepalese political parties and Western diplomats has begun in the Indian capital from Wednesday [16 November]. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) [CPN-UML] Madhav Kumar Nepal rushed to New Delhi on Wednesday to participate in the meeting while the US Ambassador to Nepal James Moriarty also arrived here from Kathmandu.

CPN-UML General Secretary Nepal had returned home four days ago after a three-week stay in New Delhi. …
