Pretoria University to reconstitute 'too white' council Education Correspondent STUDENTS at the University of Pretoria were due to meet last night to reconstitute the student representative council elected earlier this month so that it complies with its own rules on racial representation.
University management last week refused to recognise the student council because one of its three branches elected only white representatives.
