Details on Nissan's upcoming GT-R have respondents heralding the car's undeniable performance capabilities but disagreeing over the way it looks.
This GT-R concept nails it. The Bangle-like slice at the rear of the front fender is a styling knockout. I want a classy interior with regular gauges, three-spoke steering wheel and conventional manual gearbox without too many electronics.

Nissan dropped the ball on the front-end design and strayed too far from past models. The old GT-R was appealing because it looked like a Skyline on steroids. This is a shame, because it will be the ultimate road-going four-seater.

This is a great-looking, contemporary GT-R design. Nissan is on a roll. If the price point is north of $70K, I hope this global player will have performance that approaches Chevrolet's Corvette Z06. I can't wait.
