Tony Adams, who headed Blake Edwards Prods. for many years and who was producer on "Victor/Victoria," "10" and six "Pink Panther" films, died Oct. 22 in Manhattan. He was 52.

Adams had suffered a stroke Thursday during a meeting about the "Spider-Man" Broadway musical, and then had an aneurism after being admitted to the hospital. Adams was a partner in Hello Entertainment, which develops and produces Broadway shows with partners including Walt Disney Theatrical Productions and Endemol.

Born in Dublin, Ireland, Adams started in motion pictures as an assistant to director John Boorman on "Deliverance" while still a teenager. "Deliverance" star Burt Reynolds …
