Nov. 8--NC Housing Plc has revised down its target revenue recognition by 10 percent due to the negative factors that have slowed home purchasing since early this year.
The SET-listed developer reduced its revenue target to two billion baht from 2.2 billion baht on sales of three billion baht, said managing director Somchao Tantaterdtham.
"Rising oil prices, interest rates and inflation have had an influence on consumers' spending," he said. "Another factor was that 10-15 percent of our customers were blacklisted [from mortgage approvals] by financial institutions though we've tried to help them."
